Protext NP9666 is a pack of 10 clear book jackets for scrap books, each 342 x 495mm and 125 micron thick.
Scrap books are big, floppy and usually the most decorated book in a school bag, which is exactly why their covers crease and tear first. These jackets are cut to suit scrap size books, as the pack label puts it, and the photos show a folded flap at each end that the front and back covers slide into. There is no sticky film to line up, so a jacket can go on at the kitchen table in a minute and come off again at the end of the year.
At 125 micron the plastic is noticeably heavier than Protext self adhesive rolls, and the label describes it as strong with a clear finish. The Note Group photograph one fitted to a Writer Stone Age Mega Scrapbook, and a second shot shows the same style of jacket on exercise books.
