Ask For A Signature And The Date In One Flag
Post-it 680-SD2 flags are bright green and printed Sign and Date, so the person signing knows the date line needs filling in too, not just the signature.
A missing date is one of the commonest reasons a form comes back. These flags put both requests on one tab: stick it beside the signature block with the arrow pointing at the line, and the signer sees exactly what to complete. The card on our photo shows 100 flags in two clear dispensers, each flag 25.4 x 43.2 mm.
They suit leases, employment contracts, consent forms, statutory declarations and supplier agreements, anywhere a dated signature is a requirement. Green also stands apart from yellow Sign Here flags, so a pack of mixed documents can carry both: yellow where only a signature is needed, green where the date matters.
Each flag lifts off cleanly once the page is done, so the signed original goes back on file without tape marks or handwriting in the margin.
