Wide Filing Tabs for Folders
The 686-PLOY pack is sold by 3M as Filing Tabs: 24 wide tabs in pink, lime, orange and yellow, six of each, aimed first at file folders.
Each 50.8 x 38mm tab has a white area for the label and a broad band of colour, so a drawer of folders can be sorted by colour and still read by name. 3M also list binders, planners and notebooks. The tabs are durable, writable and repositionable, sturdy in design, and stick securely before removing cleanly when a file is closed off.
This pack suits an office that already colour codes its folders by client type, status or year: four bright colours, a handful of each, and a size big enough for a name and a number.
Compare the 686F-1BB lined tabs in a similar bright set. For filing, see binders, tabs and page markers, binder dividers and Post-it.
