Polycell CTP 6 is the 600 x 650mm Courier Tuff bag, the biggest size in the Polycell table, with a 50mm flap and 250 bags to a carton.
Bedding is the classic job. A folded doona, a queen quilt cover set, a bundle of bath sheets or a large beanbag cover goes in flat. Businesses that send bulky but soft goods tend to keep a carton of this size beside a smaller everyday bag, so every order has an option that closes without strain.
Polycell describe the film as multi-layer, co-extruded LDPE and say its hot melt glue closure improves tamper evidence. The bag in their photos has a white face, a grey band across the flap, a FROM panel outlined in blue and a barcode beside the Polycell logo. As with the rest of the range there is no padding, and very heavy loads are better in a box because Polycell publish no weight rating.
