A Near Square Satchel For Bulky Folded Goods
Polycell CTP 5 is the 420 x 450mm Courier Tuff bag, sealed with a 50mm adhesive flap and packed 500 to a carton.
Most courier bags are long and narrow. This one is almost as wide as it is tall, which suits goods that fold into a square rather than a strip: a knitted jumper, a single bed sheet set, a folded throw or a stack of baby clothes. Polycell place it between the 340 x 440mm CTP 4 and the 500 x 550mm CTP SP in their size table.
The film is a multi-layer, co-extruded LDPE according to Polycell, and a hot melt adhesive holds the flap down. Polycell say that closure offers additional tamper evident performance. In their photography the bag is white with a grey band along the flap edge and a FROM box for the sender. It is a plain satchel with no bubble lining, so anything that can crack wants its own wrapping.
