Polycell CTP 3 is the 280 x 380mm courier bag in the Courier Tuff line, with a 50mm flap for sealing, sold in cartons of 1000.
Clothing stores tend to live in this size. A folded tee, a set of activewear or a pair of leggings drops in without being squashed, and a slim shoe box or a boxed gift set lies flat inside. Stepping up from the 250 x 325mm CTP 2 gives that extra width and length without moving to the bulky 340 x 440mm satchel.
Polycell specify LDPE as the main material, formed into a co-extruded film of several layers, and the flap closes with a hot melt adhesive they say brings further tamper evident performance. Their photos show the bag in white with a grey strip across the top, a FROM panel for the return address and their branding with a barcode printed low on the face. Soft goods travel well as they are, while glassware or electronics need wrapping first because the bag carries no cushioning.
