Polycell build Maxi Tuff from a durable co-extruded plastic outer film over a 3 layer bubble lining, and credit it with excellent protection against moisture, puncturing and tearing as well as superb cushioning.
An A3 sheet slides in flat with a margin to spare. Seal the flap with its built in adhesive strip and apply the courier label to the smooth film. When paper is preferred over film at this scale, Polycell's Mail Tuff MT7 is 360 x 485mm.
