The Largest Mail Tuff, Big Enough For A3 Work Laid Flat
MT7 is the top of Polycell's Mail Tuff chart at 360 x 485mm with a 50mm flap, packed 50 to a carton, for oversized items that still suit a light padded bag rather than a box.
A3 posters, art prints, architectural drawings and school artwork can go in without folding, with space for a sheet of card behind them to keep them flat. The same bag takes bulky soft goods too: a folded towel set, a bundle of uniforms, a cushion cover or a stack of printed tote bags.
Polycell's construction is consistent across the range, with kraft paper on the outside laminated to a bubble lining and LDPE as the main material. Their stated goals are low postage weight, surface protection for the contents and resistance to knocks through the general mailing cycle, backed by a tamper-evident seal on the flap. Because the carton holds 50 rather than 100, it takes up less room in a small dispatch area.
