Polycell CRTP4 is a 240 x 345mm Corrugated Mailer with a 50mm flap and a padded paper inner, packed 100 to the carton.
Polycell list the material of this mailer as paper lamination. Their cutaway photo shows what that means in practice: a white outer face over a fluted, corrugated paper layer that gives the bag some body and a little cushion. It feels more like a padded envelope than a plastic satchel, which suits goods where presentation counts.
At 240 x 345mm the bag takes a hardcover notebook, a diary, a boxed charger or a small book with room to spare. Polycell show the range holding a computer cable and a clothbound notebook.
