Parker 1931523 is the Sonnet rollerball pen in matte black lacquer, trimmed with palladium coating and fitted with a fine tip: a low-glare pen for people who take a lot of handwritten notes.
Rollerballs suit fast writers because the liquid ink needs very little pressure. Parker's own words for the tip are effortless, smooth and consistent, and the fine grade stops quick handwriting from turning into a blur. The matte black barrel is not slippery-looking or reflective under meeting-room lights, and the silver-tone palladium trim gives it a crisp, modern edge.
The cap is lacquer on brass and Parker list stainless steel for the tip. Parker hand-assemble the Sonnet with elegant proportions; their graphic gives 134mm long and 27g. Black ink is listed and the pen is presented in a Parker premium gift box.
