Chrome and Gold in One Unbroken Line

Parker 2231387 is the Meridian twist ballpoint pen in chrome lacquer with gold trims: the cap is chrome lacquer on brass, the trims are gold PVD on brass and the arrow clip is gold PVD on stainless steel.

Meridian is a new Parker collection built around sculpted crease lines that run the length of the barrel. The joins sit flush, so the pen reads as one uninterrupted silhouette from cap to tip. The bright chrome body against gold-finish trims is the classic Parker pairing, and it suits a boardroom as well as a gift box.

It uses a twist mechanism rather than a click: turn the barrel to extend the medium tip and turn it back to retract it. Inside is a Quinkflow ballpoint refill in blue, and spares in black or blue are easy to keep on hand.
