Seoul After Dark, on a Jotter Barrel
Parker 2221600 is the Seoul edition of the Jotter Global Icons series, an indigo lacquered ballpoint whose lasered pattern is drawn from the city lit up at nightfall.
Where the Paris pen leans on old stone and grey, the Seoul design is about towers, light and modern structures. Parker built the pattern from the city skyline after dark and lasered it into the blue lacquer, so the lines catch the light as the pen turns. It is the brightest, most contemporary looking pen of the series and stands out on a desk among black and silver pens.
The cap and trims are stainless steel with chrome, the click is the familiar Jotter action and the refill is a blue QUINKflow ballpoint with a medium tip. Parker add that a Parker gel refill also fits if you prefer gel ink.
