Parker 2182016 is the Ingenuity ballpoint finished entirely in black, black lacquer with black trims and a black finish tip section, for a buyer who wants a substantial pen with no gold or chrome on it.
Where the other Ingenuity ballpoints use a bright metal band and clip for contrast, this one keeps every part dark, so the shape does the talking. Our photos show a low-sheen finish with the clip and band toned to match the barrel. Parker list the tip section material as stainless steel with a black finish.
