Six Layers of Foam in the Largest Square MAX
The Panaro MAX820S fills the big MAX820 with cubed foam, giving room to cut a complete kit into fixed places: a full camera package, a portable sound system or a set of rescue instruments.
Panaro's foam sheet for the MAX820 lists a 45 mm base, four 65 mm cubed layers and one 70 mm cubed layer, with a 65 mm convoluted pad in the lid. With all that foam the case weighs 18.42 kg per Panaro, so it rolls on wheels at one end with a large fold down handle, and has handles on both sides.
Inside measures 820 x 600 x 450 mm. The foam sits in the MAX820 shell, which carries Panaro's ATA 300 Category 1 and IP67 certificates and MIL-STD-810H test results, with an automatic pressure release valve and double throw latches. Made in Italy.
