Egg-Crate Foam Top and Bottom in the Slim MAX800
The Panaro MAX800GPB lines the long, flat MAX800 with convoluted (egg-crate) foam in both halves, so items lie between two soft profiled pads instead of in plucked pockets. It is the quick choice when the contents change from trip to trip.
Panaro's foam sheet gives a 90 mm convoluted pad in the base and a 45 mm convoluted pad in the lid. Closing the latches squeezes the peaks around whatever is inside. Nothing needs cutting, so it suits a rotating set of items.
Inside is 800 x 370 x 140 mm. The GPB shares the MAX800 certificates, from ATA 300 Category 1 for air transport to IP67 for immersion, and its shell has a revolving lock, double throw latches and strap holes, with a pressure valve that equalises by itself. Made in Italy.
