Cubed Foam and a Telescopic Trolley in One Case
The Panaro MAX620H340STR arrives ready to load: pick and pluck cubed foam in the base, a convoluted pad in the lid, and an extendable handle with wheels for rolling it through terminals and car parks.
Inside is 620 x 460 x 340 mm, or 96.96 litres. Panaro's foam sheet for the H340 lists a 40 mm base layer, two 55 mm and two 65 mm cubed layers and a 50 mm convoluted lid pad. Pull cubes out along the scored grid to make a pocket for each item, and keep the plucked pieces in case the kit changes.
Injection moulded in polypropylene, the shell closes with nylon latches over an O-ring seal, and Panaro's test certificates cover IP67 immersion, the STANAG 4280 transport protocol and MIL-STD-810H for this trolley shell. An automatic pressure release valve stops the lid sticking shut after a flight. With the foam fitted, Panaro give the weight as 11 kg. It is made in Italy.
