An Empty Wheeled Shell for Your Own Fit-Out
The Panaro MAX540H245TR is supplied empty: a sealed trolley case with an extendable handle and wheels, ready for a custom insert, loose soft goods or a kit you organise yourself.
Buying the case without foam makes sense when you plan a CNC-cut or laser-cut insert, want to fit pouches or bags, or need the full volume for bulky items. Panaro offer custom foam inlays and screen printing for MAX cases, and the lid has a recessed area for a printed logo or a resin label.
Inside it measures 538 x 405 x 245 mm, with a 50 mm deep lid and a 195 mm deep base, and Panaro give 53.38 litres of capacity. Outside it is 604 x 473 x 283 mm and it weighs 6.90 kg.
The polypropylene body, nylon latches, O-ring seal and automatic pressure valve are standard across the MAX line. For this case Panaro list IP67 sealing, ATA 300 for air transport and MIL-STD-810H, along with STANAG 4280 testing to DEF STAN 81-41. Made in Italy.
