Deep Pick And Pluck Foam For Bulky Gear
The MAX380H160S is the deep MAX380 filled with Panaro's standard S cubed foam, a quick way to give each item its own cut out without ordering a custom insert.
With 124 mm in the base, there is room for two 55 mm layers of cubed foam over a 10 mm base sheet, plus a 35 mm convoluted pad in the lid (Panaro's MAX380 foam sheet). Tall items such as a camera with a lens attached, a gas detector or a stack of radios can sink through both layers, while slimmer items only need the top one.
Panaro list the case at 2.42 kg with foam, inside a 414 x 345 x 174 mm polypropylene shell with 380 x 270 x 160 mm usable. Seals, latches and the pressure valve are the same as every MAX case. On paper, Panaro back this model with an IP67 certificate and an ATA 300 report, among others listed below. Made in Italy.
