A Watertight Laptop Case Built on the MAX380H115
The MAX380H115LAPTOP is Panaro's slim black watertight case with cubed foam and their laptop holder, for carrying a computer to site, sea or field.
Panaro list Laptop as one of three configurations for the MAX380H115. Their photo shows a cubed block below, egg-crate foam on the underside of the lid and foam frame trays that lift out, giving a flat recessed bed for the computer. Panaro advise it is shaped to measure for iPads and 13 and 15 inch MacBooks, and will hold most other makes of laptop or tablet up to 15 inches.
The shell is 414 x 345 x 129 mm outside and 380 x 270 x 115 mm inside, with a 36 mm lid and 79 mm base, 11.8 L and 1.86 kg empty. It closes on a polymer O-ring, vents pressure through an automatic valve, and has nylon latches, holes for padlocks and strap fixing holes; Panaro make it in Italy. Panaro's certificates for the MAX380H115 are IP67, MIL-STD-810H, and STANAG 4280 together with DEF STAN 81-41.
