MAX235H105: Air Transport And Military Tested
The black MAX235H105 is an empty, mid-size MAX case backed by a full file of Panaro test reports: IP67, the NATO STANAG 4280 programme, MIL-STD-810H and ATA 300 Category 1 for air transport.
Inside there is 235 x 180 x 106 mm (25 mm lid, 81 mm base), 4.48 litres, in a shell that measures 258 x 243 x 120 mm and weighs 0.84 kg empty. A soft grip handle, double throw latches, full length hinges and an automatic pressure release valve are on Panaro's datasheet, and the latch holes take padlocks.
The reports behind it: CMC for IP67; Teslab for NATO level 1 low temperature, heat, vibration and impact under STANAG 4280 (with DEF STAN 81-41 Part 3); PAConsult for ATA 300 Cat. 1 shipping tests; and Teslab again in 2026 for MIL-STD-810H vibration and transit drop. Panaro give a temperature range of -51 to 90 °C.
