Egg-Crate Foam Top And Bottom For Loose Long Items
The MAX1100GPB pairs the long MAX1100 shell with convoluted foam in both lid and base, a quick way to cushion items without cutting a layout.
Panaro's photo of this configuration shows the peaked egg-crate profile on both halves. Lay the item in and close the lid; the peaks squeeze around it and stop it sliding. It suits kit that changes from job to job, or items too irregular for a fixed cut-out.
Inside it measures 1100 x 370 x 140 mm. The bare case weighs 7.80 kg and holds 56.98 litres, and the shell has an automatic pressure release valve, an O-ring seal, nylon latches and holes for padlocks and a strap.
