A Full Length MAX Case Filled With Cubed Foam
The Panaro MAX1090H280S-H is the long, wide MAX1090 case with cubed foam fitted and a hinged lid that opens to 90 degrees and closes with eight latches, giving 1090 x 680 x 280 mm inside for long tools, poles, antennas or equipment that will not fit anything shorter.
Panaro's foam sheet for the MAX1090H280 lists a 60 mm base layer, cubed layers of 50, 50 and 40 mm, and 60 mm convoluted foam in the lid, so you can pluck pockets to different depths across 215 litres. Outside it measures 1178 x 780 x 330 mm, and Panaro give 20.65 kg with the foam fitted. Four automatic pressure release valves are moulded into the shell.
Double wheels and a large fold down handle let one person roll it, while handles on the base sides allow a two person lift. The lid has side handles of its own for lifting it clear once the latches are open. A hinged lid suits a case that is opened often on a bench.
