4U of Shock Mounted Rack Space Inside a Watertight Case
The Panaro A-RACK4U-MAX615 pairs a 4U, 19 inch aluminium A-RACK frame with the watertight MAX615 case, so rack mounted audio, network or control gear travels already wired and protected from water, dust and knocks.
This is Panaro's Ultra A-RACK size, with adjustable rail strips that give nine rail-to-rail depths from 529 mm down to 367 mm to suit equipment of different depths. Anti-shock padding runs in the rail strips, and polyethylene foam inserts sit between the frame and the shell. The case measures 680 x 675 x 393 mm outside and 615 x 615 x 360 mm inside, and Panaro give 16.60 kg as supplied.
The open, slotted frame lets air move around running equipment and leaves cables easy to route and check. Side handles on the frame let you lift the whole rack out for bench work or to swap it between cases. Side handles on the case and a large fold down handle cover short carries.
