Osmer supplies the hook half of a hook and loop fastening system as pre-cut self adhesive dots, so a display, notice or lightweight panel can be lifted off and repositioned without tools, screws or residue on the wall behind it.
Hook only packs exist because most rooms already carry the soft loop half somewhere: on a board backing, on a fabric partition, or on a matching Osmer loop pack bought alongside. Buying the two halves separately lets a school or office put many hook dots on many light items and keep a single long run of loop on the wall. Each dot peels from the liner and presses straight onto a smooth, clean, rigid surface. The 22mm diameter gives more grip area than a small dot, which suits laminated signage, light acrylic frames and rostering cards. Osmer advises that the adhesive reaches its full strength after 24 hours.
