Green Spines For Sorting And Spotting At A Glance
Olympic 141701 is green Wotan cloth tape on a 25m roll, 25mm wide, sold by the roll for binding, repairs and masking jobs.
Colour on a spine is a filing system in itself. Green taped booklets can mark one subject, one year level or one department, and anyone looking along a shelf can pick them out without reading a title.
Olympic print the roll label with the words high strength, waterproof, non-stretch and tears evenly. Non stretch is what keeps a spine flat: tape that stretches as it goes on tends to pull back and wrinkle.
Hamelin Brands, the owners of Olympic, describe the tape as ideal for book binding, and the green is one of five colours in this width.
