Duplicate Dockets Without Handling Carbon
Olympic 140990 is the No. 50 docket book, a carbonless duplicate with 50 leaves at 120 x 125mm and an orange cover marked Copymate Carbonless.
Carbonless paper does the copying itself. Pen pressure on the original transfers straight to the coated sheet underneath, so staff write a docket, tear off the top copy and carry on, with no carbon sheet to slide along between orders.
The docket layout is simple: date, To and From at the top, then 12 numbered rows with one wide column for the item and two narrow columns beside it. At 120 x 125mm the book is close to square and small enough to live in an apron pocket or beside a register.
