A Compact Twelve Line Docket With Carbon Copies
Olympic 140888 is the No. 5 docket book: 50 leaves of carbon duplicate dockets at 120 x 125mm, with a blue cover printed With Extra Carbon.
The docket keeps things short. A date goes at the top with To and From beneath it, followed by 12 numbered rows, each split into a wide description column and two narrow columns that suit a quantity and an amount. Hamelin Brands, who own Olympic, describe the pages as individually numbered, and the sample docket shows its number in the top corner.
As a carbon book, the copy is made by a carbon sheet placed behind the page you are writing on, then moved along for the next docket. The small square format sits easily beside a till or in a tradie toolbox where a full size invoice book would be awkward.
Look through hospitality record books, other business record books, spare carbon paper and the Olympic range.
