Three Signed Delivery Notes From Every Drop
Olympic 140868 is the No. 636 delivery book: triplicate carbon delivery notes on a 200 x 125mm page, 100 leaves to the book, with extra carbon marked on the red cover.
When goods leave a warehouse, three parties usually want proof. The customer keeps a copy at the door, one returns to the office for invoicing, and the book holds the last as the driver record. Writing the docket once through carbon keeps quantities and signatures identical on all three.
The sample page on Olympic brand owner Hamelin Brands listing shows a Delivery Note form headed Original and numbered 01, with lines for date, to and received from, a statement that the following items were received in good order and condition, a two column table for the goods and a recipient signature line.
