Six Speeds, A DC Motor And A Weighted Round Base
Nero 7490411 is the step up model in the Nero pedestal range: a black 40cm fan with a DC motor, 6 speed settings, 5 fan blades and a weighted round base 400mm across.
Where the standard Nero pedestal fans have three speeds, this one has six, which gives more steps between a gentle breeze and full output. The head oscillates and tilts behind a metal line grill, and the stand adjusts from 1100mm to 1300mm, a little taller at both ends than the cross base models. Weatherdon rate it at 30 W on 240V mains, with a 1.5m cable.
A round weighted base takes the place of the cross base, so the footprint is a tidy circle that sits neatly beside a bed, a lounge or a meeting table. Quiet is part of the name Nero give this fan, but no decibel figure is published for it, so we have not quoted one. The fan arrives needing assembly and carries a 1 year warranty from Nero.
Set it beside the 3 speed models in our electric fans range, see everything from Nero, or browse other office appliances.
