A plastic comb for dragging ink into marbled patterns
The Marbling Ink Comb, supplier code EC1103, is a plastic comb from Educational Vantage for dragging ink colours through to create a marbled effect in paper marbling projects.
Educational Vantage describes this product simply as a plastic comb for dragging ink colours through to create a marbled effect. It is a tool for marbling projects, used with marbling ink rather than a brush. The supplier lists it under marbling accessories, and it is sold on its own, without ink, tray or paper.
The supplier says the comb is made of durable plastic and is easy to keep clean, which suits repeated use in an art room. The comb's job is narrow and clear: drag ink colours through to create a marbled effect. That makes it an easy tool to explain to students before a marbling lesson begins.
Use the comb with a marbling tray, marbling inks and paper for marbling projects in the art room or at home. Find more painting accessories, painting supplies, the Educational Colours range and educational craft supplies.
