A Red Zipped File For Work Done Away From The Desk
Inspection sheets, delivery paperwork and client forms get handled in cars, on counters and on site, and Marbig 6980003 is a red zipper binder built for that kind of day. This listing is a box of 10.
Each binder closes on three sides with a zip. ACCO say this adds document protection and moisture resistance, so forms are less likely to pick up dust, spills or a damp seat between jobs. Inside, a 25mm two D ring mechanism holds up to 200 sheets, which covers a day or a week of job sheets and the reference pages that go with them.
Mounted on the rings is a clear tech case with its own zip. ACCO list it for USBs, cables and small stationery, so the pen for signatures, a marker and the USB with site photos stay with the paperwork instead of rolling around the vehicle. Red is a strong colour for a file that must not be left behind, and the polypropylene cover has a small clear pocket on the front for a job or name card.
Browse zipper binders, document carry cases for bigger loads, sheet protectors for forms that must stay clean, and the Marbig range.
