Blue at Box Quantity So the Convention Never Runs Dry
Blue Ultra letter files from Marbig, code 2004301, boxed in hundreds. The Ultra grade carries a published pouch thickness of 180 microns, where Marbig list their standard letter file at 100 microns, and Marbig describe the Ultra finish as resisting scratching.
Ordering by the box is what keeps a colour rule alive past the first busy fortnight. If blue is the colour your system gives to general traffic, it is the one that will empty first, and a rule that keeps running out of its own stationery tends to get quietly abandoned. Buying at box quantity is how that particular failure gets designed out ahead of time.
Loading is deliberately casual: the top edge and one long edge are both open, so a page drops in without being squared up first, and the notch cut into the front lets it be drawn out single handed. Nothing gets punched, so the document that comes back out is still the document that went in.
The other Ultra colours are shelved with this one under display folders, and the trays a box of these ends up feeding are in filing and storage. More of the brand is listed under Marbig.
