Flat Head Brass Thumb Tacks, One Hundred To A Pack
Marbig 975281 is a pack of 100 thumb tacks with a brass finish, for corkboards and notice boards.
The thumb tack is the traditional noticeboard fastener: a flat round head on a short point, pressed home with the thumb. Because the head sits close to the board, a tacked notice lies flat and the tacks do not catch on sleeves or on the next sheet pinned over the top. That suits long running displays such as policies, maps, rosters for the term and certificates that stay up for months.
ACCO describe the finish as brass, and their product photo shows gold coloured heads and points. The tacks come in a hang sell pack. A flat head is harder to lift out than a grip head, so for boards that change daily the Marbig push pins are the quicker option.
