Blue Clamp Files by the Box for Reports That Are Never Punched
Marbig code 2003001 is the A4 clamp file in blue, supplied here as a box of 24. The retail card prints that it secures unpunched papers, that no hole punching is required, and that it fits up to 20 sheets of paper.
The clamp runs down the spine and grips the edge of the stack. Nothing is pierced, so an original goes into the file and comes out of it unchanged, and a page can be pulled from the middle without dismantling anything. ACCO Australia describe that as easy access for removal or replacement of individual sheets, which is the practical difference from a punched file.
Blue is the ordinary choice, which is what a box of 24 is for. Assignments, weekly reports, quotes and meeting papers all want the same treatment and none of them wants a hole in the top corner.
