Give One Entity Its Own Colour In A Shared Drawer
Marbig Slimpick 4004009 is a pink foolscap document wallet listed here as a box of 50. ACCO make it from paper board, and each one has a 30mm gusset below a name panel.
Bookkeepers, family offices and anyone running a second business from the same desk end up with two sets of paperwork that look identical. Assign pink to one of them, a trust, a second company or a single large client, and its invoices, statements and tax papers can never be filed with the wrong set. A full box means the colour stays the same across every year and every folder, which is the whole point of the system.
Per ACCO, each wallet is 346 x 226mm, expands to 30mm and holds up to 300 sheets. Write the entity name and year on the panel on the flap before it goes in the drawer. ACCO note that it fits a standard filing system.
Pink sits alongside the other colours in Slimpick document wallets. Use manilla folders to split each wallet by month, and see archive boxes for past years.
