One Marine Wallet For Each Property Or Site
Marbig Slimpick 4004317 brings ten foolscap document wallets in Brights marine, a light blue shade, each fitted with a 30mm gusset, a deep flap and a panel for a name.
Property managers, trades and facilities teams tend to file by address. Give each property, site or tenancy its own marine wallet and put the street name on the panel. Leases, inspection reports, quotes and keys receipts then travel together to the site and come back to the same place.
Capacity is up to 300 sheets in a gusset that opens to 30mm, says ACCO, and the listed size is 346 x 226mm. Going by the pack, it takes A4 or foolscap sheets, and the flap is sized to keep documents secure on the way in and out of a vehicle.
More colours are in Slimpick document wallets and foolscap document wallets. Store closed sites in archive boxes, or see the whole Marbig range.
