A Small Orange Pair For Everyday Cutting
Marbig 9752326 is a 158mm pair of scissors with stainless steel blades and bright orange plastic handles, sold singly on a blister card.
Shorter scissors suit the jobs that come up most often: cutting a strip of tape, snipping open a parcel, trimming a printed label or cutting out a worksheet shape. The card prints the size as 158mm, or 6.25 inches, and ACCO describe that length as giving accurate, controlled cuts. They also call the pair lightweight, which makes it easy to keep in a drawer or pencil case.
ACCO list the blades as stainless steel for lasting sharpness. The handles are solid orange plastic with one smaller thumb loop and a longer loop for the fingers, and the bright colour is easy to spot on a cluttered desk.
For a longer blade, compare the full range of office scissors. Younger students may be better served by the craft scissors range, and the rest of the Marbig range covers the desk.
