Marbig Deluxe 5903002 puts a 38mm three D ring mechanism in a black polyethylene A4 cover, rated by ACCO at up to 300 sheets, and comes as a box of 12.
The ring count has to match the punch. This code is for offices and schools that punch three holes, and the open photograph from ACCO shows three rings spaced along a long metal rail. A middle ring gives the pages a third point of support compared with a two ring binder.
The covers are oversized so tabbed dividers and sheet protectors sit within them, and each spine carries a label panel. With twelve in the box, a department can put every manual or register into the same black three ring file.
