Narrow Square Cartons Sized To Fill A Pallet
Marbig 51018 is a plain brown pallet carton measuring 185 x 185 x 300mm, sold here as a carton of 25 supplied flat.
A small square footprint keeps each box light enough to lift by hand once it is full, which suits dense stock such as tins, jars, aerosols, hardware and bottled product. ACCO size the Marbig Professional pallet cartons so that a full pallet gets used, and state that every carton in the range sits neatly on a standard 1165mm x 1165mm pallet. They connect that fit to lower freight costs, because less of each paid pallet space ends up carrying air.
The cartons arrive flat, so a stack of 25 takes up little room until the packing bench needs them. Fold, tape the base, fill and close. ACCO do not publish a board grade, wall type or load rating for this code, so heavy or fragile goods should be judged against the box in hand.
The rest of the pallet cartons range steps up in height and footprint, general shipping cartons cover other sizes, pallet corner protectors stiffen the finished stack, and the wider Marbig range sits alongside.
