Hand Strap That Feeds From Its Own Box
Marbig 51003 is 1000 metres of blue polypropylene hand strapping, 12mm wide and 0.6mm thick, packed in a dispenser box with a break load of 90kg printed on the label.
Not every business needs a strapping machine. A storeroom, a small warehouse or a trade counter strapping a few cartons a day can do it by hand, and a dispenser box keeps the roll from unwinding across the floor. In ACCO's photography the strap feeds up through a round opening in the top of the carton, so you pull off a length, cut it and put the box back on the shelf.
The box states 12mm x 1000m, 0.6mm thickness, break load 90kg, one roll and made in China. A strap is only as secure as its joint, so plan on buckles or seals and a tensioner for a tight finish. The 90kg break load is where the strap fails, not a working load.
