Air Pillows For Filling The Gaps In A Carton
Marbig 50991 is a 700m roll of 200mm wide pillow film that the Marbig Professional air cushion machine range turns into air filled pillows.
Bubble film wraps an item; pillows fill the space around it. When a product is already boxed or sturdy, a string of pillows dropped into the carton stops it sliding in transit and uses less film than wrapping. The narrow 200mm web makes pillows that sit neatly in the corners and along the sides of a box.
ACCO list the roll at 700 metres and say the film is perforated every 100mm, so single pillows or short strips tear off cleanly at the machine. They do not publish a film thickness for this code, and none is quoted here. The roll is made for machines in the Marbig Professional air cushion range and is supplied flat.
