Seal Cartons One Handed With A 50mm Tape Gun
Marbig 87028 is a handheld packaging tape gun for 50mm wide tape on a 76mm core, with a fully adjustable tension brake and a black and blue metal build.
Sealing boxes with a loose roll of packing tape is slow, and the tape folds onto itself as soon as the end is lost. A tape gun holds the roll on a hub and feeds it down against the carton, so one pass lays a strip along the seam and a twist of the wrist cuts it on the blade. ACCO list it for 50mm tapes with a 76mm core, the standard core for rolls of packaging tape, and describe it as refillable so the same gun takes roll after roll.
The tension brake is fully adjustable, per ACCO. Tighter tension gives a firm, flat strip on heavy cartons, while a lighter setting makes pulling easier on small parcels. ACCO list the material as metal, and their photo shows a black pistol grip on a blue frame with a guard over the blade. Tape is not included.
