Purple foolscap folders for a filing code nobody else is using
Marbig 1108119 is one box of one hundred purple foolscap manilla folders, and ACCO Australia publish the board for this code at 170gsm.
Purple is usually a late addition to a filing plan, brought in once the obvious colours are spoken for, which is why it tends to end up on the exceptions: held matters, referrals out, anything that needs its own shelf. Marbig publish the colour and the board and nothing further, so nothing on this page assigns purple a meaning.
What the retail carton does print is worth having in one place. The board is described as strong and durable, the corners are rounded, the spine is creased in advance so the folder opens out for a thicker file, and the fastener positions arrive already cut.
Every colour in the range is listed under manilla folders. For the foolscap codes alone see foolscap manilla folders, and for the brand see Marbig. Suspension filing is under suspension files.
