A Pack Of Blue Files For Colour Coded Filing
Marbig 6601001 is an A4 lever arch file in blue, with a linen finish PE cover, and this listing supplies ten of them.
Colour coding works best when one colour means one thing across the office. Give blue to accounts, to a single client or to the current financial year, and anyone can find the right file on the shelf by colour alone. Ten matching files are enough for a team to start that system in one order.
ACCO list the file with a 75mm capacity and state it holds up to 375 sheets. The Rado fitting, in ACCO's words, allows easy closure and lets more files fit on your shelf. Pages are held on a lever arch mechanism that ACCO describe as locking, and the spine carries a label and a thumbhole, with metal feet on the base.
In ACCO's photographs this is a deep blue; the brighter blue in the range is Marbig 6601031. Pair the files with A4 dividers and sheet protectors, or see every colour under lever arch files and the Marbig range.
