Marbig clear A4 letter files, code 2004012, are supplied as a box of one hundred. Each sleeve is 100 micron poly with a top and side opening and a cut back thumb hole on the open edge.
Clear sleeves suit shared paperwork, where the person who files a document is rarely the person who needs it next. A form sitting in a tray identifies itself through the front, which removes both the labelling step and the risk that the label and the contents drift apart over a few weeks of handling.
Reading the top sheet through the sleeve saves lifting it out, and the sleeve keeps the paper clean while it is handled. A hundred in a box covers a reception desk, a student intake or an audit pull without rationing, and the unpunched sheet inside stays fit to be scanned or filed properly later.
