This is the Kwik Zip book for work that falls into sections. The dividers are pockets themselves, each with an insert tab for a printed or handwritten heading, so a proposal can run Summary, Pricing, Terms and so on without separate index sheets. The Kwik Zip spine lets pockets be added, removed and swapped around as required, which keeps a presenter current without starting a new book.
