Colour Coded Months for a Year of Records
Marbig 35029F is a set of A4 manilla board dividers with coloured, plastic reinforced tabs printed JAN to DEC and a colour coded contents page.
Giving each month its own colour makes it easy to spot a misfiled page and quick to jump to a quarter. In ACCO photography the tabs run through ten distinct colours before red and yellow repeat for November and December, and the contents page mirrors each one with a coloured arrow. The sheets are strong manilla board with a reinforced binder strip, so they do not pull free at the holes when the file is full.
The ACCO listing covers standard binders with 2, 3 or 4 rings, and the edge in their photo carries 11 holes. It is a practical base for an annual accounts or compliance file that is opened every week and archived at year end.
