Marbig 35111F is an A4 set of five manilla dividers with white tabs numbered 1 to 5 in black, reinforced with plastic along the tabs and the binder strip.
Tender responses, board papers and legal bundles are often printed in black only and referred to by section number. A numbered black and white set suits that look: nothing competes with the document, and anyone reading along can be told to turn to tab 3. The contents page at the front has black arrows lined up with each tab, ready for the section titles.
