An Ivory Desktop Expanding File With No Flap in the Way
A heavy duty ivory expanding file with 21 foolscap pockets labelled A to Z and Jan to Dec and no top flap, so a document drops straight into its pocket on a busy desk.
The pack for code 90061 calls it a convenient quick access desktop expanding file, made from heavy duty manilla board, with each pocket expanding up to 25mm and room for A4 and foolscap documents. ACCO Australia list it for desktop filing and paper sorting, and note that the missing top flap gives quick access to the contents.
Leaving the flap off means the file can sit open on a desk all day with every tab in view. Two sets of labels in one run of pockets let the same file cover monthly paperwork and filing by name, so statements and correspondence can share one desktop file.
The flapped heavy duty file, code 90058, and the A to Z file sit together in expanding folders. More of the brand is in Marbig, and everyday desk stationery is in office supplies.
