Thirty One Pockets Labelled 1 to 31 and A to Z
A heavy duty green expanding file with 31 foolscap pockets labelled 1 to 31 and A to Z, for sorting paperwork by day of the month or by name from one desktop file.
The pack for code 90058 describes a partitioned foolscap wallet for sorting paperwork, made from heavy duty manilla board, expanding up to 350mm and holding A4 and foolscap documents. Marbig's range page adds that the numbered pockets can be used for each day of the month, and ACCO Australia list the file for desktop filing and paper sorting.
Daily numbering turns the file into a follow up system, with each day's invoices, forms or call backs waiting in their own pocket. The A to Z labels give the same file a second index for names or suppliers, so one file can cover both jobs on a busy desk.
The rest of the Marbig expanding range, including the flapless and A to Z files, is in expanding folders. Files that travel between sites are grouped in on the road supplies, and the whole brand is in Marbig.
